Random Thoughts

I am sitting in class, and I should be listening to my weirdest professor summarize the plot of a short story.  This class really feels like a twisted version of a book club.  My head is full of random thoughts, refusing to focus on any one topic, probably out of rebellion to all the cramming that I've done over the last few days.

• Why is it that my classmates seem to struggle to write a coherent journal entry for a class, but they feel the need to write on every surface on the desk in front of them and in the library?
• My professor is a rapper/english professor.  How weird is that combination??
• I'll be really sad when the grape koolaid smell in air goes away.  I really love it.
• I tried sushi for the first time last week.  I liked it.  Doug hated it.  Sorry honey!
• I really love my ipod.
• I hate these tiny desks.  
• My tax money is really going to help lots of college kids buy cigarettes.  
• I'm jealous that my husband is at home with the kids and I'm not.
• Jared lost his game last night, so I didn't get to see a playoff game. :(  
• Spring Break begins today after class!  I want to go camping, I think.  The weather should be nice, and we all need to get away for a while.
• I wonder how long this nasty carpet has been in this room, and how often do they clean it?
• My foot is asleep.  It's very tingly.
• I wonder if I'm ready for my test next class period.  I feel okay about it, and the fact that I feel okay has me worried.  Is that wrong?
