25 Random Things

Ok, so this tag is really circling the blogging world and facebook, so I'm going to throw mine out there...

So, here are 25 random things about me.

1. I collect cookbooks.  I don't even know how many I have.  I mean, I could count them, but I don't have time for that -- there are too many.
2. I love football.  Doug is a football addict.  I'm not that crazy, but I do love to watch football.  I'm especially glad that the Steelers have now won more Super Bowls than any other team -- including the 49ers.
3. I talk to my mom everyday, at least once.
4. I love to tickle my kids.
5. I have never lived outside of Texas.
6. When I eat chips, I have to eat the broken ones first.  I don't know why, but I do.
7. I love the smell of a library.
8. I wrecked a car when I was two.
9. I graduated high school seventh in my class.
10. I have taken defensive driving at least five times.
11. My favorite book is Pride and Prejudice.
12. I HATE to have water on my face.
13. I don't consider myself to be a Republican or a Democrat.  I'm more Libertarian than anything.
14. I'm annoyed by people who preach too much about politics or religion.
15. I'm addicted to The Office, Biggest Loser and Top Chef.
16. I love power tools.
17. I'm craving quiche muffins right now, but I don't have all the ingredients to make them.
18. I like to crochet and sew, but I don't take enough time to work on my projects.
19. I'm a full time student, which is the reason for #18.
20. I have never colored my hair.
21. I have nothing on my walls upstairs.  I just haven't even really thought about what pictures or art or whatever to put up.  The sad thing is that we've lived here for a year and a half, and I have done nothing upstairs.
22. I love to listen to Shakespeare's plays on my ipod while exercising.
23. I don't want any more children.
24. I like that I live in a place without a "real" winter.  I don't like cold weather, wearing sweaters, or turning the heater on in my car.  
25. I am married to my best friend.
