So, I feel like I have really neglected my blog ever since I got addicted to Facebook. And, since I started school, I haven't had much spare time... Anyway, I'm full of excuses...
Here's this week in review, a fun look back at an ordinary week:
--The Steelers won the Big Game!
--The cleanup wasn't that big a deal. :)
--Laundry is neverending.
--American Lit isn't as bad as I thought it would be, at least not yet.
--My professor seriously can't stand still. He paces from one side of the class to the other for the entire class.
--Maybe I'm crazy, but I expect that someone in college would be able to read a syllabus. And, if the syllabus says that you need to bring a par-score form to every class period for the occasional pop quiz, a college student should be able to go to the bookstore and spend a buck on like 10 of them. Am I crazy? Because half the class didn't have forms and tried to bum them off of those of us who do know how to read a syllabus.
--Some professors aren't as prepared for class as some of the students. It took 3 class periods to get a completed syllabus from one of my professors.
--I now have a new, but somewhat useless skill. (See picture.)
--I got an A on the presentation that I gave last week in my education class. It's one-fourth of my overall grade. :)
--I'm so excited to be the YW camp director for my ward. We have awesome girls, and I get to go to camp with them! It will be so much fun!

Yes, I wrecked a car when I was two years old. I don't actually remember it, but my mom has told me the story. As my family was preparing to leave home to go to church, they put me in the car. Then, the grown-ups went back into the house to get something. The car was running. It was cold out, and the car was warming up... I locked all the doors and, in so doing, kicked the gear shift into neutral. The car rolled down the hill and hit a tree. It was my grandfather's car. My mom said that she had never seen him run so fast. :)

Yes, I do love Shakespeare. I get really bored on the treadmill. I have to listen to something that keeps my mind active. So, I download plays from librivox onto my ipod. Or sometimes I'll download a novel... Anything that requires me to think.
