I got a steam canner a few weeks ago, and I couldn't wait to try it out. So, one day while the boys were "resting" I made a batch of clementine marmalade, and then a batch of sugar free strawberry-orange jam. (I have a cool cookbook that has recipes for small batches.) Timmy woke up when I was starting the strawberries, so he pulled up a stool and helped me. He's such a good helper!
