What we've been doing...

Timmy's enjoying soccer. He even kicked the ball in the game yesterday. It was only one kick, but that's progress!

Doug took some time off last week. It was really nice to have some family time! We took the boys bowling on Monday. They had such a good time:

Doug finished his finals for the first fall term (8 week terms...) and his classes for the second fall term start tomorrow. Yay for the last 2 classes!! He'll be done in December. He'll finally have his degree. He's planning on taking a short break and then going for his MBA.

I'm loving my "new job." :) It's been really fun staying home with the kids. My house is clean. (Well, cleaner than it has been...) Dinner is served at home. Timmy's potty training issues are resolved. :)

I'm going back to school in the spring! I attended TCU right out of high school. I was there for one fabulous freshman year, and I came home for several reasons -- financial mostly. I moved back home, got a job, moved to SA, got married. I took a few classes at SAC before Timmy was born, a few more after he got a little bigger. I always knew that someday I would finish my degree. Doug and I decided that now is a good time. So, I've been accepted to UTSA as a junior, majoring in English. I'm nervous and excited. I haven't been a full time student in 10 years! Most of my peers are done with their bachelor's degrees and some have completed their masters degrees. It's a little overwhelming!

Wish me luck!
